 All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Maria Silk Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. TheseTerms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations :   Maria Silk merchandise orders may be cancelled before shipment is made. A 15% restock charge will apply on cancelled  merchandise orders. 85% of the order cost will be credited to the customer’s credit card upon receipt of order cancellation. A request to cancel a merchandise order must be in written form by e-mail, in the 24 hours following the order.


Return:  shipments are at customer’s expense and shipping charges are non-refundable. We will refund 75 % if the merchandise is shipped and in good conditions (If any disagreement about the item's only 50% will be refunded)
